2. What can I do if I don't recieve the order items within a week?
You can send email to firstname.lastname@example.org titled as "[Order]email title[Order]". We will double check you order and give reply to you as soon as possible. If it is found that we miss you order (i.e. your order is in our database but we fail to handle it), a small gift or a 90% discount will be given based on your preferences.
3. What can I do if I am disappointed by the products and need to have a refund?
We will only refund crashed product within 7 days starting from the day you received you order or two weeks starting the day of order (counting the longer one).
You can send email to email@example.com titled as "[Refund on product]email title[Refund on Product]". Please remember to include order details in the email. We will handle your request within three days. For more details, you can have a look on Return Policy under Terms and Condition in Main Page. When you receive our confirm email, you can send the crashed products to the address in "contact" section. We will refund you as soon as we received your crashed products.
5. How can I give suggestion to this online shop?
Please feel free to give any suggestion on our online shop by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org titled as "[Suggestion]email title[Suggestion]". The suggestion may be about the price, products and so on. If it is a valid suggestion, we will give a small gift to you via the address mentioned in the emails.
7. What Personal Information Do We Gather and Track?
We request personal information when you place an order for one of our products. If you submit an order on line for one of our products through PayPal, the company we use to accept orders for us, PayPal will ask you for information necessary to complete the transaction, such as your name, address, and credit card number. It is your decision whether or not to proceed with ordering when personal information is requested. PayPal provide eComputer shop with the name, shipping address, email address of the customer so we may fulfill our duty to deliver your order to you.
8. How quickly do you respond to email?
We check our email during the day and evening and will get back to you as soon as we can address your question or complaint. In most cases we will get back to you within 24 hour in weekday. For weekend, incoming mail may require up to 48 hours to be answered. If your email is in reference to a pending order, call us, we have been known to process orders and packages quicker than answering email
